VINYASA YOGA
Welcome to Napo's Vinyasa Yoga class.
Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogis.
We kick off with a calm introduction—meditation and pranayama—inviting you to delve deeper into your Atman, your inner self.
Following a gentle warm-up with slow movements, we gradually elevate the energy, harmonizing breath with motion. It's a journey that will make you sweat for sure, pushing your limits with dynamic flows, strengthening your core and perhaps exploring inversions or other advanced Asanas. (And if you don’t feel like, slow down and go to your Child’s Pose, as this is always a perfectly fine option.)
As we ease into the cool-down, the pace gently descends, guiding you from the yoga high. The grand finale? A blissful Shavasana, where you relax, recharge, and absorb the rewards of your practice.

VINYASA FLOW
A body, mind and spirit alignment Yoga session.
Jelena will guide you through a Vinyasa Flow in order to harmonize your inner flow, each session focussing on one specific intention and/or Chakra. „Be like water“ and flow with Jelena, let the daily worries behind you and explore your inner and outer flexibility. This session will take you on an inner journey with pranayama, asanas, meditations and mantras.
The intention of this Yoga class is to strengthen your body, clear your mind and connect with your spirit. Start your day with lightness, happiness and flow. This class combines Hatha Vinyasa, Kundalini & Yin Yoga.
