In Elena's Vinyasa class you can calm your mind and energize your body at the same time.
In each class we will concentrate on a part of our body or a skill (e.g. hip openers, core, balance). We connect our breath with the asanas and playful flowing transitions. Our movements will be accompanied by some smooth deep house music.
This dynamic class is open for every level.

Achy lower back? Give Céline’s yoga class a go.
Vinyasa x Core is not just a Vinyasa Flow but a practice with a focus on strengthening your center. Core strength is the foundation of a strong and healthy body and is key to maintaining balance and stabilizing the spine.
The class begins by bringing awareness to your body and aligning it with your breath. After a mobilizing warm-up you can expect a yoga practice that involves holding and flowing through various asanas that require the activation and engagement of your whole body. This will improve your mobility, stability and strength.
We will also incorporate lots of spine lengthening and juicy twists to return your back to its proper alignment.The cool down treats you with gentle stretching exercises and a well-deserved shavasana, practicing the art of relaxation and rebooting yourself.

azuya flow is a fast and intense yoga flow - combined with calm breathing elements.
We move together. We breath together. We sweat together. We have fun together. We find stillness together. We are one and all by ourself - together. We flow. Through the sun salutes. And we flow hard. We breath. Into all parts of our body. And we breath deep.

PLAYFUL VINYASA FLOW
In Mascha's classes, you can expect playful and exploratory flows where the breath is always in harmony with the movement. Mascha loves to reinvent herself, with a focus on the well-being, moods and needs of the students.
The class consist of a strong but not overly fast Vinyasa flow with Hatha elements, or we work towards a peak pose. You will be skillfully and expertly guided by Mascha throughout the class. The session is suitable for all levels.
In the final sequence, we always return to the "stillness within us."

In Roxy’s classes she will share what she loves by emphasising how much space you can create with movements connected to the breath, our life source!
You will explore the connection to your breath and your body and get to know yourself better. Roxy will guide you through a Vinyasa Flow, where you will explore new postures and find your way to a more relaxed self.
Vinyasa yoga requires your concentration - after all, you are constantly moving, paying attention to the correct execution of the postures and then synchronizing your breath with the exercises.

VINYASA YOGA
Welcome to Napo's Vinyasa Yoga class.
Open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogis.
We kick off with a calm introduction—meditation and pranayama—inviting you to delve deeper into your Atman, your inner self.
Following a gentle warm-up with slow movements, we gradually elevate the energy, harmonizing breath with motion. It's a journey that will make you sweat for sure, pushing your limits with dynamic flows, strengthening your core and perhaps exploring inversions or other advanced Asanas. (And if you don’t feel like, slow down and go to your Child’s Pose, as this is always a perfectly fine option.)
As we ease into the cool-down, the pace gently descends, guiding you from the yoga high. The grand finale? A blissful Shavasana, where you relax, recharge, and absorb the rewards of your practice.
