CONTEMPORARY PILATES
Pilates by Imi is a full body workout based on Pilates Principles. Imi starts the class by focusing on technique and breathing, laying a strong foundation for your practice.
The classes incorporate exercises that target and activate your deeper muscles, including select movements designed to create a satisfying burn and elevate your heart rate at key moments. Each class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body, leaving you feeling the best version of yourself. Experience the joy of mindful movement as we work through low-impact dynamic movements using body-weight, small props, and hand weights, all while fostering a deep connection between body and mind. All fitness levels are welcome!

Pilates - your way to a strong, sculpted body with KM Pilates!
Experience an effective 60-minute full-body workout that harmonizes body and mind. Pilates combines flowing, controlled movements with conscious breathing to strengthen your deep muscles, burn fat and improve your posture.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced - Pilates adapts to your level! I use small equipment such as balls, bands and small weights to intensify or support exercises.
You will notice visible and tangible results after just a short time: Your body becomes firmer, your muscles more defined and your flexibility improves. You will strengthen your back, shape a beautiful, stable silhouette and walk through life more upright and self-confident. At the same time, tension is released and you feel more energetic and balanced.
