Atman pop-up no longer needs its “pop-up”, because we’ve found a place, right in the heart of Kreis 4, to settle down. So Atman goes “studio” - and we couldn’t be more stoked.

All kinds of yoga-styles, meditations, sound baths, thai boxing, soul circles - Atman is not only another new Yoga Studio in Zurich - it’s much more. It's a warm, open space filled to the ceiling with warmth from passionate people who want to create a safe space where you can get in touch with yourself, just breathe and feel the lightness within you. A room where people can meet and find themselves.

Visit our boutique studio, located inside of the Design Hotel Greulich as well as right next to the Thai Restaurant 555+, and discover what the combination of breathing and movement does to you.

We opened our doors on the 1.11.22 and are currently slowly starting up our classes. Each week some new classes are added to the schedule. Make sure to come back and check out our weekly schedule.

An immersive soundbath experience designed to soothe your mind, body and soul. This ceremony features a symphony of healing sounds from tibetian and crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice, and chimes, creating a tranquil atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief.
